Cancelation conditions

I. These general conditions govern the mutual contractual relations between the accommodation provider "Boudy in Modrý Důl" and the accommodated persons (hereinafter also referred to as "the customers") of these accommodation establishments (hereinafter also referred to as "buildings").

II. The contractual relationship between the accommodation provider and the customer is a confirmation of the order sent by the customer in the form of a duly completed order form on www.modrydul.cz and payment of the deposit. The contract can also be concluded by confirming an email or phone order and paying a deposit. By sending the order, the customer confirms that he has become familiar with these accommodation rules, pricing, payment and cancellation terms. The customer who submitted the application is responsible for all persons who are in the group and are accommodated on the basis of his / her order.

III. The prices are listed in the pricelist on the website www.modrydul.cz

IV. The time of arrival and termination of the stay are arranged individually by the accomodation provider - in the case of a planned later arrival, please inform in advance. Bed linen is provided by the owner.

V. Order and payment

The accommodation facility accepts written orders sent via the contact form or by e-mail. In the case of a telephone order, we will inform you if the term you are looking for is free and in the event of your reservation we will pre-book your reservation. You must confirm the phone order in writing (email, letter). You will then be issued an invoice to be paid with the due date.

VI. Reservation is obligatory upon payment of the full price of the stay / course

If you are interested in booking a residence / course in advance of 30 days prior to the start of the course / stay, the operator will issue an invoice to be paid with the due date. All other invoices must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the stay. In the event of non-payment by the due date, the reserved place will be released to another interested customer.
By paying the course, you agree to process of your personal data for the purpose of accident insurance in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR).

VII. Booking cancellation

Cancel your booking as soon as possible. In the event that we can arrange for a place reserved for you, we will refund the deposit after deducting the administrative costs of about 5% (min. 100 CZK) from the price of the stay / course. In other cases, the following cancellation conditions apply.

VIII. Storno terms

In the case of a customer's withdrawal from the contract, this can be done without giving any reasons. Cancellation fee is calculated from the amount of the total payment. Upon cancellation of the reservation, the interested party returns the "Boudy in Modry Dul" paid deposit under the following conditions.

IX. Other conditions

If a customer terminates his / her stay before the agreed departure date, he / she is not entitled to any refund.
The accommodation facility requires payment of cancellation fees even in case of serious reasons. For that purpose an individual insurance against cancellation fees can be arranged and a pretension can be claimed by the respective insurance company.
